Routine tasks can be stored in Tasks Templates to speed up the issuance of new activities and projects.  For example, marketing run repeated direct marketing campaigns with very similar tasks involved or may release product information documents that need to be read  before each promotional cycle.  The templates store all the key data only requiring attachment of the information and re-sending to the recipients.

Non-routine tasks which are not normally embedded into operational systems can be created as Scenarios within OpsComm.  A sequence of tasks which need to be executed together with supporting content can be packaged into pre-defined Scenarios.  In this way Operational manuals can become “live” or crisis management plans can be put into action rapidly with certainty of execution.  On a more regular basis Scenarios can be used for example to help organisation who do not have strong in-house personnel skills to undertake recruitment or disciplinary procedures with documents that are up to date with the relevant legislation.
